Processing time is the time is takes to clean, prepare, create and pack your skull or piece. For plain pieces, processing time will be quicker than for a made to order piece. A made to order piece includes the crafting time, drying time, etc. which will be longer for complex pieces.
- Ready-to-shop orders:
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Made to order pieces:
Orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days, please allow extra days for bigger custom pieces. Orders are shipped on business days.
Shipping & delivery
I ship from Austria, both domestically and internationally - please contact me if your country is not listed at the checkout.
For Vienna: you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in the 1060. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 4 business days. We will email you when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
For international orders: we offer international shipping to most counties. Pricing and shipping time vary depending on your location. Further information below.
Tracking and shipping times
If you choose a tracking method, the tracking number will be enclosed with your receipt. My parcels are shipped with the Austrian post (https://www.post.at) and each parcel can be tracked from their website. Alternately, you can use an app like https://www.17track.net/ or your domestic Post service once your parcel reach your country.
As every route and destination is different for each parcel, it's not always possible to exactly know how long your parcel will take to reach you. It may happen for your parcel to be hold in the origin post office, in Customs, in warehouses or be delayed for some other reason that, as a maker and seller, I can't be responsible for. In case of delays, please reach out with your tracking number, and I'll always do my best to follow up and help.
An investigation from the Austrian post can only be open after 45 days from when the parcel has been shipped. If the parcel has reached the country of destination and been handled by another carrier, you will bear the responsibility for contacting and filling a claim to the carrier.
My shop is not responsible for any delay once the parcel is shipped. No refund, exchange, partial or total can be claimed for delays.
If you choose a shipping method without tracking:
In some cases, you have the option to choose a shipping method without tracking number. This also does not include insurance.
International orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes or VAT once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for these costs. International shipping rates below are calculated based on size/weight of merchandise. Please note that those are indicative prices and actual costs may be different at the checkout.

Shipping address & delivery
The items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer, and any errors are solely the customer's responsibility.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds / Exchanges
All sales are final, and returns/exchanges are not accepted. Listing photos and descriptions accurately depict the items for sale in my shop. Though, please bear in mind that every computer is different and color may vary slightly on every monitor.
Upon request, I will send you detailed photos of anything you wish to purchase and will answer any questions you want to ask me, so please be sure you are 100% satisfied before completing the transaction process. If for whatever reason, a payment does need to be refunded, it will be returned to you in the same form of currency that was used for purchase.
To inquire if an item is eligible for a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If an item is eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues upon reception
Your first step should be to immediately contact your post office and file a claim for damage/lost item and ask for a copy to provide me. This is mandatory for any further step.
My shop is not responsible for any item once it has been shipped. This covers any and all damage occurring during transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address, and any other damage, loss, or theft. My shop is not responsible for return shipping costs when packages are returned to me from failed delivery attempts and will have to be paid by the customer. If a package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking information for further instruction. I package each arrangement to the best of my ability and leave them in the care of the shipper once they have been picked up for transport.
If you have experienced any damage, it is imperative that you document damage through detailed photographs for any insurance claim. Take detailed photographs as soon as possible and contact the carrier immediately to file the insurance claim. The following photos are needed in order to file the claim. Please note, if you see visible damage to the outside of the box or if damage is visible upon opening the box, please take the first photo in this list BEFORE you unpack the item.
- A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original packaging (picture should show the placement of the product and packaging inside the box)
- Photo of all 6 sides of the package
- A close-up photo of the shipping label clear enough to read the detail that was printed on it, tracking, etc.
- A photo of the packing materials that were used, (e.g. packing foam, bubble wrap, dividers, etc.), after they have been removed from the box
- Detailed photos of the damaged item(s)
Keep all the products and packaging materials (including the box they were shipped in) in case the carrier requires to inspect them.
Note: only parcels with a tracking number will be fit for a claim
